What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, COD, and popular digital wallets for a smooth and secure checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pincodes across India.
How long will delivery take?

Orders within India typically arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on your pincode. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package until delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders once placed can only be cancelled before shipping. To cancel, please email us at support@sioraluxury.in. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?

Fragrances are deeply personal, and for this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is opened. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@sioraluxury.in within 24 hours, and we'll make it right.
Do you provide free samples with full-size bottles?

Yes, we often include a complimentary 2ml sample with your order, so you can try another scent from our collection.
How can I try the perfumes before buying a full bottle?

We recommend starting with our Memory Set (10ml × 4). This allows you to experience our scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
How long do Siora perfumes last?

All our perfumes are Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentration, crafted with longevity in mind. On average, they last 6-8 hours with 4-6 sprays on pulse points and clothing. However, the performance of any fragrance depends on skin type, weather, and temperature exposure.
How should I apply perfume for best results?

Spray onto pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbows) from about 10 cm away. For longer wear, apply to clothing as well — but avoid delicate fabrics.
Are Siora fragrances unisex?

Yes. At Siora, we believe fragrance transcends gender. Our perfumes are inspired by moods and memories — made for anyone who connects with them.
Are your products made in India?

Yes, all Siora fragrances are proudly manufactured in India, with a blend of carefully sourced global and local ingredients.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All Siora fragrances are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, and we do not test on animals.
Do you use synthetics in your perfumes?

Yes — we use a thoughtful blend of natural ingredients and safe, high-quality synthetics in line with IFRA guidelines. Synthetics not only enhance performance but also support sustainability.
Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes are IFRA-compliant. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before full use. The list of allergens is also declared on the back of the pack with the ingredients.
Do your fragrances contain allergens?

Yes, like most perfumes, our fragrances may contain EU-listed fragrance allergens (e.g., Limonene, Linalool, Citral). These are clearly listed on our packaging for transparency.
What is the shelf life of your perfumes?

Our fragrances are best used within 36 months (3 years) of manufacturing. Always store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
