Shipping policy

At Siora, we ensure your luxury fragrance reaches you with care, speed, and transparency. Below are our official shipping guidelines to help you enjoy a seamless delivery experience.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will be notified via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched, usually within this timeframe.

Shipping Timeline & Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of ₹150 will be applicable and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbour is available to receive and sign for the package.
  • All applicable charges, including COD convenience fees (if any), will be clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment.
Courier Partners & Packaging
  • We ship via trusted logistics partners only.
  • Every order is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote areas where courier access is unavailable.
  • Please ensure the shipping address and phone number entered at checkout are accurate.
  • Siora will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, most couriers will attempt redelivery.
  • If your package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts (Return to Origin), we can re-ship it.
    • Note: A new delivery fee will be applicable, payable in advance before re-shipping.
Unexpected or Seasonal Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to weather, courier issues, or high seasonal volume may occasionally occur.
We’ll do our best to keep you informed in case of any such delays.

Cancellations, Refusals & COD Policy
  • CancellationsOrders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. To cancel, email us at support@sioraluxury.in, refunds (if applicable) will be processed once approved.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Refusing delivery of a prepaid order is not permitted unless the package is visibly damaged or tampered upon arrival. Refunds (if applicable) will only be initiated once the returned package is received in its original condition.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹150 is applicable on all COD orders. This fee covers additional handling and logistics costs and is non-refundable once the order is shipped. Please ensure someone is available to accept COD deliveries. COD orders may only be refused if the package is visibly damaged upon arrival. Repeated refusals of COD shipments may result in suspension of COD privileges or recovery of shipping costs from future purchases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@sioraluxury.in with the following:

  • clear unboxing video (from the moment the sealed package is opened)
  • Photos showing the damage or missing item(s)

Note: Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
