Refund policy

At Siora, every fragrance is imagined with intent, bottled with care, and shipped with love. We aim to offer you a seamless and joyful experience — from the first whiff to the final unboxing. To ensure transparency and fairness, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As perfumes are personal care and hygiene products, we follow a strict no return / no exchange policy unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Returns & Exchanges are NOT accepted if:

  • The fragrance is disliked after purchase
  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • There is mild cosmetic damage to the outer box due to shipping
  • You have skin sensitivity or allergic reactions (we recommend patch testing)
  • You change your mind after receiving the order

Returns & Exchanges are ONLY accepted if:

  • The product was damaged or broken in transit
  • The item has leaked inside the packaging
  • You received the wrong product
  • Items from your order are missing

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Email us at support@sioraluxury.in with the following:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Full Name
    • clear description of the issue
    • Proof in the form of photos and ideally an unboxing video (in one take)

We cannot process requests without valid proof or if raised after 24 hours of delivery. All returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.

If your return/exchange request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. Once the product is received and inspected, we will dispatch your replacement product at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under specific conditions and after verifying your claim.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, incorrect, or missing
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues
  • You follow the correct claim process with valid proof and within the timeframe

If Your Refund is Approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account (you must share your account details with us)

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated, along with transaction details.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • You refuse delivery of a prepaid order without valid reason
  • The package was marked delivered, but you report it missing after 3 days
  • You fail to provide valid proof (photo or unboxing video)
  • You raise a complaint after the 24-hour window
  • The product is used, opened, or tampered with
  • Refund is being requested for change of mindpersonal dislike, or skin sensitivity

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

You may cancel your order if:

If approved:

  • Your order will be cancelled
  • You will receive a full refund (for prepaid orders), processed within 7–15 business days

You cannot cancel your order if:

  • The order has already been dispatched or shipped
  • You placed a Cash on Delivery order that has already shipped
Important:
Refusing delivery or not accepting a shipped package may delay future service. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued after the package is returned to us in its original, unused condition.

Undelivered, Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is marked ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it:

  • Please report this to us within 3 days from the delivery update
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier
  • If reported after 3 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement
